Thistle - Nikon D750 105mm lens. I want to start using my 105mm lens - bought it and never really used it. I just need to understand how it works and I think I will like it. Maybe just put it on the camera and leave it on for a couple of months so I have to use it.

Brough in what is probably the last of my flowers. I was surprised that I had new hydrangea this late. Nikon D750 50mm lens. 

This is my favorite time of year I love the cooler weather and the beautiful light but I also know that winter is coming!  I am thrilled that I still gave a few flowers blooming. I have ideas of some new and different things I would like to shoot over the winter months.  I just need to firm up my ideas and actually do the work.  I may need to go looking for some props or places to shoot.  I feel my work is getting stale and predictable and I want to try some new things!!
