If you are looking at this pic and thinking it is awful and way out of focus - I took it this way and I do LOVE it. I am all about the blur and artsy shots vs technically executed photos. So I am in search of the perfect light in my house - like trying to find the Holy Grail. I took a few of the weeds I foraged yesterday and just put them in a small white pitcher and took a bunch of experimental shots in different rooms. If setting up and taking photos is a pain in the ass chances are you won't do it much - so I need a great place and easy set up. No I didn't find that perfect place yet but right now I will settle for pretty good. Nikon D750 50mm lens.

Hosta - this is one of the photos I took last night. A close up of a very big hosta. I am loving the abstract shapes the leaves make. In my month of multiple course Kim did a feature on hosta and I have seen a few photos in instagram so I thought I would try some too since we have a bunch over at the clubhouse. I took a lot of photos and need to get into LR and process them. Nikon D750 50mm lens.  And hey they are still alive!!!!!
